If your crystal jewelry fails to resonate with your energy field, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return (original packaging and tags required).

Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased *damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Process:

1. Ship items back within 7 days of approval (shipping costs covered by customer).

2. Upon refund completion, we perform a purification ritual to help crystals find new owners.

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Karma and Luck is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
